When you buy an authentic ORO & ORO handle You buy a unique product, designed and produced under Italian standards.
Our QC team follows strict quality standards. Our level of inspection is following European and Italian requirements. Special care is given by inspecting every production step from the raw material purchase to the final packing.
We certify 5 years Guarantee against manufacturing defects
Open/Close mechanism
We guarantee that the open/close mechanism of our door handles will not break before 200.000 openings and closures.
Plating
We guarantee the surface plating of our handles for 5 year duration*.
*NB: In order to maintain unaltered the original characteristics of the product, it is highly recommended not to use any abrasive detergent for the cleaning but to use simply a soft dry cloth.
